The ideal Project Management candidate will be from a strong Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or Architectural background. The role involves the delivery of projects with management support but opportunity to grow. The candidate shall demonstrate a detailed understanding of JCT contracts, hold strong contract administration skills and experience and have competency in delivery of projects through procurement and to budget.
